Hi everyone, i have been reading posts and such for months now and finally got the nerve to accept my ED and join everyone! 
I geuss I'll start with my stats:
Height: almost 6'1"
HW: 175
LW: 145
CW: 162
GW: 145

Well Im a univeristy volleyball player. Im canadian but i go to school in MIssissippi on a scholarship! Thats all fine and wonderful and i work out like a maniac like 3 times a day with my team during season but i cant lose weight because my coach loves to feed us about 4 or 5 times a day..... not healthy stuff and we HAVE to eat, if she pays for it we eat or face the consequences such as sitting the bench cause we must not have energy to play if we havent eaten...... so during season i always put on weight and i hate my life. But thats ok because now im home for the summer, wokring 3 jobs and on most days only eat once a day at dinnertime with the family. But here is the problem i have no problem not eating, i could skip dinner most days too and not be too hungry, drink some tea or diet coke and ill be fine, buuuuuuut on the days i workout i MUST eat. Because all i can hear is my trainers, team nutritionists and such preaching to me about how ill lose muscle mass and within an hour of wokring out you need so many grams of carbs and so many grams of protein and you need electrolytes not just water and blah blah...... so i eat after i work out...... then i purge sometimes, i wouldnt say im bulimic tho, i definitly dont purge often less than once a week, but i feel so terrible i just dont eat the next day. Sooo you can all see the bit of a vicious cycle ive fallen into....So i come here and read posts see how amazing some of you are with willpower and everything and i feel a little better!
